PRO Infinity Member since 2015 So I have a few music pools I'm with, Promo only included. I am looking for awesome music pools for awesome dance hits.

Back in the day lets say 6 to 10 years ago, I would use the Torrent sites just to find dance music packages that were uploaded. Pretty current stuff for the time. CD Pool Dance was all over those torrent sites and still was the BEST dance tunes all extended mixes I have ever ran across. These days I don't use torrent sites and such and my dance music has dropped off very much. Not finding many new hits that are bangers. Not talking about just mainstream EDM stuff, Talking stuff like Agnie Be - Soundwaves (Remixes) and Loona - Vamos A La Playa (Movetown Remix) which just off the top of my head are 2 tracks from about 5 years ago from the Torrent sites but they were from pools and I want to legit tap back into that source of dance music.

What are some Pools for the USA dedicated or have an amazing selection of dances hits? Posted Fri 10 Feb 17 @ 4:07 am. Home user Member since 2007 hey guys, so i was watching this dj on fb and he had these hip hop songs where the song was its regular version for the 1st chorus and 1st verse but automatically switched to acapella at the 2nd chorus so you can mix or scratch the next song in and avoid 2 beats on top of each other. I tried to search on google but came out empty handed. Can anybody help me out where to get the latest hip hop songs in this format? Id really appreciate it! Posted Tue 12 Dec 17 @ 12:30 pm.

Id really appreciate it! Never seen or wanted that. Maybe his own edits.

Have you tried asking the DJ? Posted Tue 12 Dec 17 @ 12:52 pm.

Just started out DJing. I am confused as to where most people get their music, and how people who are not rich are able to afford hundreds or thousands of songs paying for them legally? It just seems a little impractical.

I would think most DJs download torrent mp3s and just don't admit it. And if you're not extremely successful or famous, how do you afford so many songs? Can you get free songs legally anywhere from big artists? Im not looking to break any laws at all. It just seems this is a huge gray area and I am having trouble understanding how DJs deal with this.

It’s so cheap to buy music these days. All $1.99 on average for a track is such a bargain compared to the cost of vinyl. $20 per week gets you 10 tracks.

10 weeks and you have 100 tracks and that’s enough to construct sets with. Keep doing it for a year and you’ve got 500 tracks and that’s already too many too keep in a “live” collection. I used to rip tons of stuff and it’s a really bad idea, not only is the quality appalling on large PA systems, it’s actually bad for music selection. Buying music makes you much more disciplined about which tracks to get and as a result the overall quality of the collection will be better as you’ve likely spent more time listening to the tracks you buy. Plus as a additional benefit you’ll know your collection better which is probably the singular most under appreciated skill that a DJ needs. Definitely, join a DJ Pool.
